We also understand that speed of delivery may be important to customers with limited time or deadlines. To address this for you we offer unique express service 8hr, 12hr and "Premium Service" (24 hr constant running). Of course rates are slightly higher for additional night hours (over the standard 8 hr day).
Please be aware that timings may vary slightly due to stoppages, busy locks and other unforseen events, however on average our narrowboat moving service runs at an achieveable steady average of 3-4 miles per hour, which is maximum average progress speed for a resonsibly driven narrowboat. Narrowboat Skipper cannot be held responsible for delays caused by unforseen circumstances or any problems with your boat's equipment. We endeavour to always provide the very best service possible at all times and will always "go the extra mile" for our clients as far as possible.
